Abbe Helm

Abbe Helm has lived in Colorado for 21 years, and currently resides in the Denver, Highlands area. She has one brother, Adam, and a brand new nephew, Tadan. She is a certified personal trainer and a certified Pilates instructor. Abbe currently manages the Pilates studio where she is an instructor and absolutely loves it. She has danced on 3 of the professional dance teams in Colorado including the Denver Broncos, the Denver Nuggets and the Crush. Abbe enjoys working out, running, Muy Thai, Pilates, yoga, hiking, biking, and of course dancing. Her passion for training, and working out started when her parents took her to her first tap class. She since has hiked a few 14ers in Colorado with her church youth group and realized her love for the Colorado Rockies! When Abbe is not instructing or working out she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a self proclaimed movie buff and works hard at increasing her bowling score. Abbe recently owned her own promotions company and continues to promote all of her passions. She has her degree in Behavioral Sciences with a minor in Speech Communications.
Abbe has skin cancer and knows how hard it is to fight the intense Colorado sun. She has had several friends that have been survivors of cancer and does whatever she can to support them. Fighting cancer is a true struggle but she believes where there is a will there is a way!
Abbe is very excited to be a part of the LOVE, HOPE, STRENGTH trekking team and is waiting for your donations! Anything helps!
