WALK FOREVER BY OUR SIDES
Our journey has ended. 62 strangers have now become lifelong friends and supporters in the global fight against cancer. Each one of us had a very personal reason for dedicating a year to raising funds, leaving behind friends and family, and pushing ourselves, both physically and emotionally for Peru Rocks. All 62 of us have a strength that we chose to share with each other and with people in need of cancer care all over the globe.

Are you ready to share your strength with the world? If so, go HERE and join us in the global fight against cancer.

Thank you for sharing our journey. Thank you for helping us make a difference in the world. The flags you see in this video were carried up the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. They will now be sent to Mt Everest where they will be hung. Here the wind will carry the prayers for eternity.

Love Hope and Strength to you all,

The meaning of the Prayer Flags:
Traditionally, prayer flags are used to promote peace, compassion, strength, and wisdom. The flags do not carry prayers to ‘gods,’ a common misconception, rather the Tibetans believe the prayers and mantras will be blown by the wind to spread the good will and compassion into all pervading space. Therefore, prayer flags are thought to bring benefit to all. By hanging flags in high places the “Wind Horse” will carry the blessings depicted on the flags to all beings. As wind passes over the surface of the flags, which are sensitive to the slightest movement of the wind, the air is purified and sanctified by the Mantras.

Send a prayer flag on our next journey.

I am so jealous of you all. I got vertigo just looking at the trail pictures and wish that my fears would not keep me from such wonderful adventures. Thank you for letting me experience it through this site.

Well, it is one hour until I get on my flight out of Peru. I thought I would visit the site to gain a bit more perspective on what has just happened. I started with the pics of everybody. Every face brought a glow in my heart. The Love Hope Strength Peru Rocks team have found such a special place in my life that will live forever. You are all totally incredible and I love you all so much. We shared something special together and I sit here lost for the words that fully explain it. I look forward to crossing the planet again to be with you all and to be embraced by you spirit. Slim Jim Phantom gets a big thank you from me for inviting me in to be a part of this wonderful event.
It’s late, I’m rambling.
Stay in touch and keep speading the Love Hope and Strength to all those around you.
